Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that academy graduate Harry Burgoyne has permanently left the club to join Shrewsbury Town.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper leaves the club after 11 years with them, which included loan moves to various Non-League sides, as well as the likes of Plymouth Argyle and Barnet, with his most recent one being to Falkirk.
Fans have been wishing the academy graduate well as he heads off to his new club – there have been plenty of messages of encouragement as he heads to League One.
With Rui Patricio and John Ruddy ahead of him in the pecking order, it was always going to be a tough task for Burgoyne to get a look-in at Wolves.

He leaves the club after making a total of seven appearances for them, having made his debut for the club in a 4-4 draw against Fulham in 2016.
The move has also got Wolves fans reminiscing about his time with them, with one suggesting it is “really odd he hasn’t kicked on”.
There is one particular game that sticks out in their minds: a 2-1 FA Cup victory over Liverpool, from when they were still in the Championship.
Who on earth is that?!?! Can you name all of these obscure January signings?
Burgoyne had managed to keep out the Reds until the 86th minute, helping the team get past the English giants despite the likes of Divock Origi, Roberto Firmino and Georginio Wijnaldum being on the pitch.
